World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a motivated and experienced Advisor to join our Enterprise Solutions & Architecture team within Infrastructure Services. This is a permanent, remote position offering a competitive annual salary range of $102,000.00 to $150,000.00.

About the Role

As an Advisor, you will participate in the day-to-day operations of Enterprise Solutions projects, contributing to their successful completion. You will take direction from Senior, Lead, and Principal Advisors and function as a key member of the project team. This role involves participating in customer-facing Enterprise Solutions projects of medium to large size and complexity, working with Fortune 500 customers across various verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute consulting activities and methodologies to conduct comprehensive discovery, analysis, and provide technical/business recommendations.
• Present in-depth technical solutions and engage in business/technical writing and presentations.
• Motivate and energize project teams, driving to exceed customer and project goals.
• Successfully interact with all customer levels, from C-level executives to end-users.
• Foster long-term client relationships and drive profitable growth within accounts by developing relationships throughout the customer's organization.
• Ensure the delivery of project work meets quality standards and adheres to delivery methodologies.
• Proactively identify technical deficiencies and develop practical solutions.
• Communicate the WWT vision in a way that resonates with others and demonstrates how improvements can be achieved.
• Align time and resources with department and WWT strategic priorities.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends and tools.
• Act as a technical expert, providing best practice insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all components and their usage are consistent with applicable regulatory, departmental, IT, and corporate standards, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in network database engineering, process automation, network infrastructure documentation, telecommunications infrastructure, advisory, or professional services.
• 3+ years of experience as an Architect, Network Consulting Engineer, or Consultant.
• Thorough understanding of Cable Matrix and ePIF, Cisco IOS and NX-OS operating systems.
• Extensive experience with pre/post network audits, Cisco A-Z audits, and Device42.
• 3+ years of experience with Erickson Adaptive Inventory (EAI).
• 3+ years of experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot).
• Demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills.
• Proven technical consulting experience in one or more of the following vertical sectors: finance, health care, technology, or telecommunications.
• Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and influence and negotiate with clients.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Good technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional maturity and presence.
