About the Role
As the Senior Director, Client Success, you will ensure strong partnerships with key clients, oversee their performance, and lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements. You will manage strategic client relationships and develop action plans to address performance challenges. This role involves close collaboration with assigned executive sponsors, keeping them informed of client performance, risks, and opportunities, and engaging them when executive involvement is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and complex clients.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for key client stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to assigned executive sponsors.
- Engage executive sponsors when strategic support or escalation is needed.
- Lead the development and execution of action plans for at-risk clients.
- Coordinate recovery strategies with Operations and leadership teams.
- Track client health indicators within CSP or Salesforce.
- Demonstrate Revecore's value through strategic reporting.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Mentor Directors and Client Success Managers.
- Support long-term client retention through proactive partnership management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of account management experience within the healthcare industry, specifically in revenue cycle services.
- Proven experience managing large and complex hospital client relationships.
- Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
- Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states.
