Viva.com is seeking a dedicated Partner Relationship Representative to join our team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on building and nurturing relationships with our partners.

About the Role

As a Partner Relationship Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by identifying and engaging new prospective partners. You will be instrumental in promoting our collaboration framework and ensuring the success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist partners with the onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants.
• Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote Viva.com's collaboration framework.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries and requests.
• Escalate partner issues by opening cases for resolutions beyond your capacity.
• Drive production and growth within your assigned partner portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partner onboarding and merchant activation.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience in customer support and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
