- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for developer experience.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and multi-cloud environments.
- Experience working with DevOps practices, comfortable maintaining, scaling, and improving infrastructure, and participating in on-call rotations.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working closely within a small, high-performing team.
- A deep commitment to the craft of software development, including aspects like user experience, edge-case handling, performance optimization, and delightful animations.
- (Bonus) Experience with payments, billing systems, or developer tools.
