Senior QA Engineer - Blockchain

Windranger Labs is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in blockchain technology to join our remote team. As part of our mission to bridge traditional finance with the Web3 ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative blockchain products.

About the Role

This is a permanent, remote position open to candidates in the APAC region. You will be instrumental in the entire project development lifecycle, focusing on rigorous testing of blockchain products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing blockchain products for functionality, performance, security, and automation.
• Participating in requirement analysis, ensuring the rationality and testability of project requirements.
• Contributing to major product requirement and architecture design reviews.
• Developing automation test cases, testing tools, and platforms to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
• Deeply engaging with blockchain technology, researching and addressing key technical challenges in blockchain testing.
• Establishing and refining our blockchain testing systems.
• Conducting DApp testing, including functional, performance, and security testing.
• Performing browser testing, leveraging your understanding of blockchain-compatible browsers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain testing and development, with specific experience in DApp testing.
• Proficiency with blockchain testing tools such as Hardhat and Foundry.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Mocha, Chai, and Cypress, including a proven track record of implementing automated testing projects.
• Familiarity with programming languages including JavaScript/Typescript, Python, Golang, and Solidity.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethereum or other public chain projects, with extensive experience in public chain testing.
• The ability to read and understand English documentation.
• Strong research capabilities and a self-driven, proactive approach.
