Senior Sales Specialist, Fusion Territory - APAC (South Korea)

Company: Autodesk Location: South Korea (Onsite) Contract: Permanent

Autodesk is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing Fusion business. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on breaking into high-potential manufacturing accounts within the APAC region, specifically South Korea. You will be instrumental in building demand and closing significant Fusion business within companies that may not be current major Autodesk customers but possess substantial growth potential.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a "hunter" who thrives on opening new doors, engaging new logos, and owning the entire sales process from prospecting to close. You will be assigned a curated list of large accounts with significant Fusion potential, some of which may have limited existing adoption. Your mission is to build the Fusion footprint from the ground up, identifying key opportunities and driving value for our customers.

You will be joining a team that combines the agility of a startup with the backing of a global leader, all while passionate about driving meaningful change in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Break into large, high-potential target accounts to initiate new Fusion conversations where Autodesk currently has limited presence.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Secure initial wins in new customers and expand them into broader Fusion opportunities.
  • Identify priority divisions, teams, or workflows within large enterprises where Fusion can deliver immediate value.
  • Expand Fusion usage in accounts where adoption already exists but can be significantly grown.
  • Conduct onsite meetings, build credibility, and establish trust with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
  • Lead value-driven discussions on how Fusion's cloud-native, AI-enabled platform can empower design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical sales, partners, product specialists, and marketing to accelerate adoption and expansion.
  • Maintain a high-velocity pipeline, accurate forecasting, and disciplined opportunity hygiene within Salesforce.
  • Utilize modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to optimize engagement and performance.
  • Capture early insights and document repeatable plays to help scale Fusion adoption across emerging accounts.

How You Will Be Measured

  • New Fusion revenue generated within your assigned high-potential accounts.
  • Growth of Fusion usage and footprint inside accounts with limited existing adoption.
  • Successful activation of net-new Fusion customers and expansion of existing ones.
  • Pipeline creation, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record in full-cycle software sales, particularly in new logo acquisition or territory expansion roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors, qualify opportunities, and convert cold accounts into engaged pipeline.
  • Strong discovery skills and experience in value selling to technical or manufacturing audiences.
  • Comfortable managing deals independently from end-to-end without reliance on an existing account owner.
  • Ability to identify the right entry points within complex organizations and land initial successes that lead to expansion.
  • Passion for cloud technology, AI, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing technology.
  • An agile mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to scale a high-impact product in a competitive market.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
