About the Role

YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is seeking an E-commerce Specialist Intern for its Online Flagship Stores Division. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic team that partners with world-leading luxury brands to manage their e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing and optimizing online flagship stores for luxury brand partners.
• Assist with e-commerce operations, including digital marketing initiatives, merchandising, and customer care.
• Contribute to the development and execution of online and mobile store strategies.
• Gain exposure to omnichannel logistics and data-driven merchandising practices.

Requirements

• Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with merchandising concepts.
• Understanding of customer care principles.
• Awareness of omnichannel logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
