Quality Documentation Specialist

About the Role

Emerson is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to join their team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our quality documentation and product certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation and product certification books.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional departments, to gather, verify, and manage technical and compliance information.
• Maintain an organized document control system and update certification records as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Documentation.
• Familiarity with Product Certification processes.
• Strong understanding of Document Control principles.
• Knowledge of Compliance standards.
• Ability to manage and organize Technical Information.
