The CareSide is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Team Leader to manage a team responsible for converting inbound inquiries into qualified appointments for their field sales team. This role is crucial for driving new client growth, enhancing sales performance, and supporting geographic expansion across Australia.
About the Role
You will lead an established team of 6-8 inside sales representatives based in the Philippines. The team's primary function is to follow up with inbound inquiries, qualify prospective clients, and schedule phone consultations or in-home visits with the field sales team. Success in this position will be measured by the number of appointments booked and subsequent sales conversions.
This is a remote position, and candidates must be able to work during Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and coach inside sales representatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead response times, appointment booking rates, and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize client handoffs.
- Gain expertise in Australia's aged care system, home care funding, and The CareSide's service offerings to effectively coach the team and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or call centre teams.
- Proven experience coaching sales representatives using KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- A strong understanding of consultative selling principles and buyer psychology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Experience leading inside sales, SDR, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call centre teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience leading Philippines-based teams and working with companies based in Australia, the United States, or the United Kingdom is highly desirable.
- Experience living or working as an expatriate is a plus.
