We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Greece. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and follow up on CRM leads.
- Oversee and analyze quarterly results for the Partner Program, with follow-up actions.
- Coordinate distributor events, including promo creation, participant list management, and feedback collection to enhance sales and lead generation.
- Qualify and track leads for Ajax events, ensuring timely follow-up with participants.
- Develop incentive programs for Key Accounts based on sales growth plans.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company solutions.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads from various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues.
- Provide regular performance and progress updates to management.
- Manage and maintain a database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes.
- Prepare proposals and other sales-related materials.
- Coordinate sales events, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
