About the Role

WeRoad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Destination & Partnerships Manager to join our team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Supply team as we continue our international expansion. The role is central to managing the commercial performance of our diverse portfolio of travel destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial performance of a portfolio of travel destinations.
• Lead and develop the Supply team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Destination Management and Partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience within the Travel Industry.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• A passion for travel.
