About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level Regional Sales Director to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our client's advanced motion control solutions. This onsite role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the motion control and industrial automation landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in target industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable, based on further details).
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
• Provide expert consultation on motion control solutions for robotics, semiconductor manufacturing, and industrial automation applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of motion control technologies.
• Experience within the robotics, semiconductor manufacturing, or industrial automation sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively onsite in Udine, Italy.
• Basic EU work permit is required.
