We are seeking a senior Sales Enablement Professional to architect and lead the growth journey for our global sales organization. This role is crucial for ensuring our sales teams can effectively articulate the value of our products to sophisticated tech leaders. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate strategy into actionable field excellence, driving efficiency and reducing friction in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enablement programs to enhance sales productivity and reduce ramp time.
- Design and execute global sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring on sales strategy, process, and proven sales methodologies.
- Drive the creation of advanced sales plays and competitive intelligence resources for enterprise markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to align enablement strategy with organizational objectives.
- Own the end-to-end sales onboarding experience to ensure new hires reach peak productivity rapidly.
- Identify and deliver training needs for Sales teams to foster continuous improvement.
- Translate technical roadmaps into value-based sales narratives in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing.
- Manage the sales enablement tech stack (CRM, LMS, etc.) to optimize the sales process.
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales assets, including discovery guides, pitch decks, and battlecards.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on advanced product features and sales techniques.
- Coordinate logistics for global sales training events and bi-annual "sprint" weeks.
- Monitor, report on, and act upon the adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Support senior teams in preparing leadership reports and auditing sales documentation.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record.
- Demonstrated experience coaching sales leaders and diagnosing business challenges to drive organizational improvement.
- Proficiency in a modern sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, with the ability to coach others using it.
- Ability to align and influence stakeholders, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute effectively.
- Experience building enablement programs from the ground up in emerging or high-growth markets.
- A track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to skills development and mentorship.
- Passion for technology, evidenced by personal projects and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
