About the Role

Think Academy US is seeking a Full-Time Course Consultant for our Elementary and Middle school programs. This remote role involves providing expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their students' needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, quick problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of educational products and user needs.
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
• Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and highlight the institution's value.
• Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
• Develop and execute plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and improve resource conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance and refine approaches for optimal results.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between enrollment and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed; empathetic towards parents' needs.
• Demonstrates responsiveness to tasks and deadlines with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
