About the Role

Think Academy US is seeking a Full-Time Student Advisor for our Elementary and Middle school courses. In this remote role, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their students' needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong communication, quick problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of our educational products and user needs.
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, teaching methodologies, and registration processes.
• Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and highlight Think Academy's value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic requirements and recommending suitable programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets and enhance resource conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance and continuously refine approaches to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between enrollment and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about education and student success; empathetic towards parents' needs and concerns.
• Demonstrated responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
