About the Role

Think Academy US is seeking a Full-Time Learning Consultant for our Elementary and Middle school courses. In this remote role, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their students' needs are met effectively. This position requires strong communication, prompt problem-solving, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of our educational products and user needs.
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes.
• Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and articulate the value of Think Academy.
• Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic requirements and recommending suitable programs.
• Develop and implement plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and enhance resource conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between enrollment and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about education and student success, with empathy for parents' needs and concerns.
• Demonstrated responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
