Airelles Venezia Palladio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Venice. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing the marketing strategy and artistic direction set by our headquarters. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, and engaging with our online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the marketing plan and artistic direction as defined by headquarters.
• Coordinate photo and video productions, including professional shoots.
• Manage community engagement across social media platforms:
  • Create daily content such as stories and reels.
  • Respond to comments and messages from our community.
  • Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Contribute to content creation efforts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proven experience with marketing plan implementation.
• Skills in community management, content creation, photo production, and video production.
• Ability to work onsite in Venezia.
