About the Role

As a Maitre d'hôtel, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, using your expertise to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. This is a permanent, onsite position offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a leading hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
• Oversee the dining room operations, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
• Provide guests with detailed information about menu offerings, including wine pairings and special dishes.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in restaurant management and team coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
