About the Role

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Manage reservations and assist with any changes or special requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and organization at the front desk.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Guest Experience, Front Desk operations, or a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
