Senior OneStream Solution Architect (Remote)

ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Senior OneStream Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are re-engineering the financial backbone of the U.S. Government, providing mission-critical Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Financial Close and Reporting solutions leveraging the OneStream platform.
About the Role
As a Senior OneStream Consultant, you will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for our most complex implementations. You will act as the Architect, designing entire application modules, translating functional requirements into technical blueprints, and guiding a team to deliver high-performance solutions. You will own the technical quality of the application, ensuring performant business rules, streamlined security, and scalable data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to develop, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform.
- Develop and troubleshoot various components including security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas.
- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle: systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Design and create financial reports and dashboards based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify potential project risks, provide mitigation options, and escalate unresolved risks to project management.
- Design and build data conversion and data load artifacts throughout project phases.
- Continuously expand knowledge of OneStream, financial processes, and industry best practices.
- Work in an agile environment, applying agile practices and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities.
- Demonstrate a consulting mindset: actively listen to client and team needs and respond effectively to exceed expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment.
- 5+ years of relevant OneStream experience or comparable software development experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
- 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience.
- Familiarity with C# or VB.NET.
- SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or financial management within the government sector.
- VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience assisting with Authority to Operate (ATO) and setting up Single Sign-On for applications.
- Experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm.
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP).
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
Clearance Requirements
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher.

ManTech offers a competitive compensation package, with a projected salary range of $189,200.00 - $346,400.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as contract wage determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications.
