The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to join our team at The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice. With over 120 properties in more than 35 countries, The Luxury Collection offers authentic experiences that create lasting memories.

About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be a key point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This is an onsite, full-time position within our non-management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and room types.
• Process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest details are captured.
• Upsell rooms and services where appropriate to enhance guest stays and drive revenue.
• Address guest queries and concerns related to reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reservations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
