About the Role

Vodafone is seeking an Assurance Networking & Cloud Specialist to join their team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on providing excellent technical assistance to Vodafone's top customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong learning capabilities and a proactive approach to new technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical requests for top Vodafone customers directly.
• Take end-to-end accountability for customer in-life management, including incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Perform problem management.
• Focus on customer experience management.
• Ensure accountability for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Experience in technical assistance.
• Proficiency in networking.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience with incident management.
• Understanding of customer experience principles.
