What You’ll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking care through SonderMind or its payor partners.
- Manage the intake process, including provider matching and client account completion from initial outreach to appointment scheduling.
- Provide primary support for clients managing their mental and behavioral health wellness.
- Utilize various technologies to connect clients with appropriate therapists and ensure continuity of care.
- Employ a consultative approach to assist clients in identifying the best provider for their needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, email, etc.), applying standard guidelines to address inquiries or route them to the appropriate team member.
- Collaborate with external partners and healthcare systems to facilitate access to care.
- Conduct outreach to referred clients, offering personalized onboarding services and assistance.
- Perform care coordination tasks such as appointment scheduling and facilitating communication between clients and providers.
- Undertake other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as needed.

- Base salary: $21.64/hr
