About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at PSI CRO, you will be responsible for the successful execution of medium to large-scale clinical research projects. You will ensure that project deliverables meet predefined quality standards, are completed on time, and within budget. This role involves leading project teams, acting as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medium (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs, ensuring deliverables conform to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise the production of project deliverables for small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs.
- Champion and uphold principles of service delivery in all interactions with PSI customers.
- Lead and guide project teams effectively.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for clients, vendors, project teams, and other functional areas regarding project-related issues.
- Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers within the department.
- Participate in feasibility research activities.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
- Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of industry experience in clinical research.
- At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience, encompassing all project phases from startup to closure, management of all functional services, and vendor management.
- Proven experience managing global projects.
- Experience in Gastroenterology is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology and radiopharmaceutical is a plus.
