- Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering strong integration with the commercial organization and ensuring clarity on priorities.
- Drive measurable results in sales pipeline through awareness and lead generation campaigns across various channels including events, paid media, content, PR, webinars, and partnerships.
- Develop foundational strategies for global market entry, supporting the expansion of Instacart Enterprise beyond existing markets.
Requirements
We are looking for a builder and storyteller who can translate complex enterprise technology into resonant messaging for grocery executives and execute campaigns. You should thrive in ambiguous environments, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrate a bias toward outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS company, with demonstrated ownership of product marketing across multiple product lines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
- Experience developing effective positioning, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership strategies that translate into sales enablement materials.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfort operating independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- High proficiency with Google Slides and comfort with basic marketing analytics.
