Lead Project Manager - Remote (Canada)

About the Role

As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a dual role, encompassing both direct Project Management and contributing to Corporate/Departmental Assignments. This is a permanent, remote position based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Manage small (fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) clinical research projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards, are completed on time, and within budget, under general supervision.
  • Act as a co-project manager on complex international projects/programs, supporting the primary project manager in ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Promote and uphold PSI's principles of delivery and service in all client interactions.
  • Provide leadership to project teams.

Corporate/Departmental Assignments:

  • Train, mentor, and coach study team members.
  • Participate in feasibility research activities.
  • Assist with business development tasks, including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
  • Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical project management, covering all project phases from startup to closure.
  • Experience in Oncology is preferred.
  • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is considered a plus.
