Pogo is seeking a Growth Marketer to join our paid acquisition team. This is a permanent, remote role for an experienced professional passionate about driving growth for a consumer mobile app.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketer at Pogo, you will be instrumental in running paid acquisition campaigns across various digital channels for our consumer mobile app. You will manage the technical aspects of mobile app marketing, contribute to strategic planning, and leverage data to inform all spending decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute consumer paid acquisition campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), programmatic/DSP, and unconventional channels.
- Manage the technical elements of mobile app marketing, including Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch, as well as attribution and SKAdNetwork.
- Collaborate with the team on channel and budget strategy, identifying opportunities for testing, scaling, and optimization.
- Apply analytical rigor to all spending decisions, focusing on metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), and payback periods.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and the overall funnel.
- Test, iterate, and scale successful strategies.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with approximately 3-6 years of paid acquisition experience, ideally within a consumer mobile app, mobile gaming developer, or a similar fast-paced environment where paid acquisition was a significant growth driver.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid acquisition for consumer mobile apps.
- Strong technical understanding of mobile app marketing, including MMPs, attribution, and SKAdNetwork.
- Experience managing multiple paid channels with a clear perspective on channel effectiveness and budget allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to back all spending decisions with data, utilizing metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
- Experience in a fast-growing organization with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in your workflow.
- Bonus: Experience in mobile gaming, out-of-home, or direct mail.
