About the Role
YunoJuno is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end operational management of high-visibility creative projects within the Enterprise Communications function. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong understanding of design workflows. You will ensure creative assets are executed with accuracy, urgency, and craftsmanship from concept to delivery. As the primary liaison between designers, business partners, and stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of briefs, brand alignment, and efficient workflow progression. This position is crucial for enhancing the quality and consistency of creative output, supporting process improvements, and maintaining operational discipline across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Intake:
- Manage the intake of all design-related requests, advising leadership on resourcing, timelines, and prioritization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and actionable, aligning requests with creative standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple project streams, managing project lifecycles and communicating effectively.
- Manage Global Town Hall projects, a key CEO-focused event.
- Creative Production Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed production plans, coordinating timelines, dependencies, review cycles, and approval milestones.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, design reviews, and stakeholder check-ins, ensuring clear action items.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned with briefs.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation for clarity and transparency.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Proactively identify and remove project blockers, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Partner with operations teams to refine creative workflows, intake processes, tools, and asset storage.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI or automation for administrative efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Foster an inclusive, constructive, and solution-oriented project environment.
- Manage competing priorities across diverse stakeholders, setting expectations and facilitating resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, business stakeholders, and communications partners to align creative deliverables with business priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional project management skills, including intake management, scheduling, workflow design, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of design processes, brand systems, and creative production lifecycles.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, anticipate risks, and enforce quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, adept at translating requirements, providing feedback, and facilitating collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage concurrent workloads, and operate with urgency and accountability.
- Experience leveraging AI or process-automation tools for project efficiency is a plus.
- Must be registered as an independent contractor.
