Axiom is seeking a junior-level Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts to join our team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with F500 clients across the APAC region, providing high-calibre legal support.

About the Role

As a Legal Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the legal and business teams of our clients. You will provide practical, commercially tailored legal advice, ensuring alignment with business objectives and initiatives. This role involves direct engagement with business clients, offering guidance on corporate policies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercially tailored support to legal and business teams of F500 clients.
• Offer practical legal advice on transactional matters, aligning with business goals.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the most recent regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and provide guidance on corporate policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
