About the Role

The Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) is seeking a Senior Scientific Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the "Brain and Machines" Flagship initiative. IIT is dedicated to developing human-centered science and technology to address critical societal challenges and facilitate the transfer of these innovations to industry and society. This role is based at our Genoa headquarters, which is interconnected with our other 11 centers across Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate scientific projects within the Brain and Machines Flagship.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among research teams and stakeholders.
• Support technology transfer activities.
• Provide team leadership and guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong background in Scientific Research.
• Experience with Technology Transfer.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities.
• Seniority level experience is required.
