About the Role

Vestas is seeking a Technical Operational Support Expert to join our Blades Process Engineering team at our factory in Taranto, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position perfect for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement, looking to advance their careers within the renewable energy sector.

You will provide crucial support to two key manufacturing areas: Handling & Logistics and Finish & Paint.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operational Support Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Supporting the Handling & Logistics department.
• Supporting the Finish & Paint department.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement environment.
• Experience in Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of Logistics operations.
• A proactive approach to Process Improvement.
• Ability to provide effective Operational Support.
