About the Role
Fieldwire is seeking a Customer Operations & Support Specialist to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers maximize their use of the Fieldwire platform. You will achieve this by providing excellent support, managing operational tasks, and contributing to our knowledge resources.
Key Responsibilities
