About the Role

Cook Medical is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Support Specialist to join our Vascular team in the Triveneto region of Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Padova. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our vascular portfolio by providing essential hands-on clinical support and education to physicians. You will be the go-to clinical expert within the vascular team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the vascular product portfolio and related devices.
• Provide exceptional service and support to defined clinical customers.
• Engage in case planning and offer expert support during procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a clinical support or similar role, ideally within the vascular field.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new medical devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and build rapport with doctors.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
