We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage healthcare providers for our skilled nursing facilities, contributing to a close-knit, mission-driven care community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Practice Match, and Doc Café.
Conduct thorough market research to identify talent pools and analyze competitor companies.
Apply creative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
Create engaging and personalized outreach campaigns for potential candidates.
Serve as a brand ambassador through professional written communications.
Manage candidate follow-ups.
Maintain and organize candidate data within Greenhouse (ATS).
Deliver talent pipelines to support company initiatives.
Schedule interviews for the recruiting team.

Requirements

2-3 years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
Exceptional written communication skills for crafting professional and engaging emails and text messages.
A resilient mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
