About the Role
Endava is seeking a Product Manager III to join our growing digital product team. This role is critical to enabling our kidney care platform and driving product outcomes that solve significant business problems. You will be responsible for executing strategy and tracking outcomes for a key clinical capability within the healthcare industry. We are looking for an expert relationship builder with a bias towards action, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and is dedicated to seeing problems through to successful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery:
- Participate in product discovery through to product delivery.
- Collaborate with business partners, users, designers, and engineering to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Conduct story mapping exercises with the team to break down work for development.
- Identify cross-team dependencies impacting or impacted by your product lane.
- Prepare for and participate in Roadmap Planning and sprint activities.
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product adherence to all requirements.
- Guide the creation of user-facing communication and education related to features and capabilities.
Discovery & Strategy:
- Partner with product leadership to refine the vision and strategy for your product area.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX/research to execute discovery activities, uncovering user needs and pain points.
- Work with the UX team to create usable experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing.
- Conduct end-user shadowing and interviews, collaborating with clinic, operations, provider, and business stakeholders, as well as design and research teams, to identify and understand user problems.
- Understand DaVita's identified business problems to advance the product in a way that benefits users and stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Identify and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for outcome-based product advancements.
- Use data to formulate quantifiable problem statements and solution hypotheses.
- Leverage product analytics to make informed decisions, monitor product performance, and continuously improve the product towards OKR achievement.
- Evaluate and prioritize potential features for your product area, aligning them with respective objectives and key results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years of product experience, with a focus on digital products.
- Demonstrated business acumen, curiosity, and leadership potential.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire others and communicate the "why" behind solutions.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proven ability to quickly build expertise in new domains.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch is highly desirable.
- Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features, creating complex spreadsheets or presentations, working in healthcare, or delivering web or mobile applications.
- Industry experience in nephrology practices, electronic health records systems, or renal patient care will be strongly considered.
