About the Role
We are seeking motivated and competitive Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who thrive in fast-paced sales environments with quick sales cycles. This role provides comprehensive training, collaboration with an experienced sales team, and a clear career path towards becoming an Account Executive. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and requirements effectively.
- Route promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.
- Perform thorough account research, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our offerings.
- Maintain and grow your prospect database within your assigned segment.
- Collaborate on delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (B2B), preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Strong phone presence and resilience, comfortable with extensive phone-based communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) is considered an asset.
