Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all purchasing activities for the hotel.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and sourcing requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal terms.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Contribute to financial planning and budgeting related to purchasing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Purchasing.
• Strong understanding of Finance principles.
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain management.
• Experience with Inventory Management.
