Network Enterprise Services Analysis Manager

About the Role

Sky is seeking a Network Enterprise Services Analysis Manager to join our team in Milan. This is a senior, permanent, onsite position focused on managing and analyzing network enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements, actively participating in corporate change and demand management processes.
• Manage plan execution and monitor the impact assessment of change requests, overseeing phases from development and testing to project approval.
• Conduct monthly monitoring of activities for reporting to CTO program management.
• Design processes and data architecture.
• Analyze system incidents.
• Actively participate in regular project status meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience with corporate change and demand management processes.
• Skills in plan execution management and impact assessment.
• Experience in reporting, particularly to program management.
• Proficiency in process design and data architecture.
• Experience in system incident analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
