Plant Quality Manager - Foggia Plant

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is seeking a senior Plant Quality Manager to join our team at the Foggia Plant. This is a permanent, onsite position reporting to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Director.

About the Role

The Plant Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality expertise within the Foggia plant. This includes overseeing critical areas such as sanitation, pest management, quality assurance, quality control analysis, and packaging. The primary objective is to guarantee that all products and technological processes meet Barilla's stringent quality standards. You will also play a key role in strengthening the team's quality know-how.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of plant quality, including:
  • Sanitation programs
  • Pest management strategies
  • Quality assurance processes
  • Quality control analysis
  • Packaging quality
• Ensure adherence to Barilla's quality standards for all products and technological processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's expertise in quality management.
• Report to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Director.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Knowledge of Sanitation and Pest Management practices.
• Experience with Packaging quality standards.
• Senior-level experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
