About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Solutions Consulting team. This is a remote role based in South Korea, reporting to the Head of Solution Engineering. As a critical technical partner, you will drive the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by providing expert thought leadership and high-impact technical guidance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process, ensuring our solutions are positioned to solve complex business challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical thought leadership and advice to enterprise customers on how to transform their digital experience.
- Take full ownership of the technical sale and all associated processes.
- Identify and qualify technical opportunities while developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deliver high-impact sales pitches, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard presentations to ensure successful solution deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in presales roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on selling security solutions and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers/switches.
- Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build the path forward in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, ownership mentality with a bias for action and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, energized by finding solutions to complex challenges.
- Customer-obsessed approach, anchoring decisions in solving real-world customer problems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with Group Policy Object (GPO), Active Directory/LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO)/SAML integrations.
- Strong understanding of HTTP and web security technologies, including proxies, caches, and firewalls.
