About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust software solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software according to user requirements, functional, and technical design specifications.
- Perform and assist with quality assurance activities.
- Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for applications.
- Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and anomalies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience in developing complex solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, and web services.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned applications.
Desired Skills
- Experience in developing Lightning components.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, and SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles.
