About the Role
As an intern in the Global Suppliers Quality PMO, you will play a key role in supporting the engagement of suppliers with our Quality Supplier Portal (QSP). You will also contribute to the local plant coordination for managing supplier quality flows, with a particular focus on those utilizing the QSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate supplier engagement and usage of the Quality Supplier Portal (QSP).
- Support local plant coordination for managing supplier quality processes.
- Assist with direct supplier quality activities, including:
- Document management (coversheets and TGRs).
- Monitoring the status of supplier quality management processes (approvals and claims management).
- Tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a STEM discipline or Engineering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional ability in synthesis and summarizing information.
- Familiarity with Quality Management principles.
- Understanding of Supplier Management practices.
- Experience with KPI Monitoring.
- Proficiency in Document Management.
