Talent's Angels is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistic System (ILS) Manager for a key role within the Engineering Department of a leading contractor in the shipbuilding and Navy sector. This is an onsite position based in Genoa, Italy.

About the Role

This position is integral to managing the Integrated Logistic System (ILS) package for complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the ILS design, ensuring it meets the high standards required for shipbuilding and naval applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrated Logistic System (ILS) package for complex projects.
• Ensure the ILS design aligns with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Apply knowledge in the key areas of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
• Oversee and guide the ILS team in producing necessary documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ILS Manager or in a similar role within complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Logistic Systems.
• Expertise in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) principles.
• Experience within the shipbuilding industry is essential.
• Familiarity with Navy sector requirements is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
