About the Role

As part of the Data Security Team, you will contribute to the core cryptography that underpins our products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on building cryptographic libraries, implementing the latest algorithms directly into client applications, and developing proof-of-concepts for new industry specifications. You will also participate in code and design reviews, ensuring high standards of cryptographic hygiene across our codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cryptographic libraries and security features.
• Integrate modern cryptographic algorithms into client applications with a focus on security, performance, and usability.
• Create proof-of-concepts for new security specifications and technologies.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold security standards.
• Collaborate with a team of security developers specializing in Rust and Golang.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with standards bodies (e.g., FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, OIDF).
• Familiarity with emerging industry standards and technologies (e.g., Passkeys, Post Quantum Algorithms).
• Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new programming languages.
