Growth Lead, Enterprise Demand Generation

This is an existing vacancy for a senior-level, permanent, remote role based in Canada.

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead Spellbook's enterprise demand generation efforts. You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that reach target buyers, create urgency, and directly contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, focusing on building account-centric campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives translate into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced demand generation professional who thrives on owning pipeline and revenue targets in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies specifically targeting enterprise accounts within legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms.
  • Build and manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns encompassing email, webinars, events, paid media, content marketing, and outbound support.
  • Create and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to align on target account strategies and develop campaigns that support strategic opportunities and expansion efforts.
  • Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs aimed at generating qualified meetings.
  • Design and optimize nurture programs tailored to enterprise buying committees.
  • Conduct experiments to enhance engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Improve marketing automation processes and campaign operations.
  • Contribute to the definition of scalable demand generation processes as Spellbook continues to grow.
  • Undertake other responsibilities and projects as required.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and achieving measurable results in enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in working with funnel metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly with Sales teams.
  • Experience marketing to legal, compliance, procurement, or professional services buyers is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
