Mirantis is seeking a skilled Technical Product Marketer to join our remote team in the USA. About the Role
This role is crucial in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from practitioners to C-suite executives. You will be instrumental in shaping the positioning and messaging of Mirantis' AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.
- Translate highly technical product capabilities (e.g., GPU cluster orchestration, multi-cluster Kubernetes management, MLOps pipelines) into audience-specific narratives.
- Own the competitive intelligence function, tracking competitors and producing battlecards, comparisons, and win/loss analysis.
- Produce a steady cadence of high-quality technical content, including solution briefs, white papers, blog posts, use case studies, reference architectures, and demo scripts.
- Partner with solution architects and product managers to develop technical content educating buyers on AI infrastructure patterns.
- Support demand generation campaigns with compelling assets aligned to key personas.
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks and objection-handling guides.
- Distill field learnings into sharper messaging and better-targeted content.
- Support product launches with go-to-market plans and internal training materials.
- Monitor trends across the AI infrastructure, cloud-native, and open-source ecosystems to inform GTM strategy.
- Support analyst and media briefings, contributing to Mirantis’ industry positioning.
- Represent Mirantis’ platform perspective at industry events, webinars, and community forums.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a closely adjacent role within cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and credibly communicate complex technical concepts related to:
- Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms.
- AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference, GPU resource management, and MLOps tooling.
- Hybrid and multi-cloud deployment patterns across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, capable of producing clear, engaging content for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and working directly with sales and pre-sales teams.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and open-source ecosystems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in AI infrastructure.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Structured thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for open source, developer communities, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
