About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of all customer projects. You will act as a hybrid project management and consulting resource, leveraging your strong healthcare industry knowledge, communication, and project management skills. Your primary focus will be on driving customer retention and project success by managing the Datavant relationship and coordinating efforts between internal resources and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Datavant relationship with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support.
  • Oversee the coordination, tracking, and reporting of all customer project-related activities.
  • Lead and motivate project resources, collaborating closely with internal teams including data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain smooth communication channels between internal stakeholders through regular reporting and updates (daily, weekly, quarterly).
  • Own and manage customer operations project management processes, tools, and reference materials.
  • Monitor project status and success throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, coordinating escalations with sales and other internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare final reports and presentations for customers, including project results summaries, and coordinate delivery with the Sales team.
  • Identify, define, and execute process improvements aligned with department needs and organizational goals.
  • Partner with the engineering team to identify, prevent, and resolve software issues impacting customer projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data systems, data formats, and processes, with the ability to converse at a technical level.
  • Advanced Excel skills; some knowledge of SQL queries is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action, collaboration, and a well-developed sense of urgency.
  • Strong curiosity and ability to correlate data from multiple sources.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a proven track record of execution and results.
  • Team player with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Advanced presentation skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to establish rapport with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Excellent meeting leadership skills, including logistics, agendas, and note-taking.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
