About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Global Payroll Operations team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Global Payroll by elevating industry processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculations, filings, and reports.
- Update and maintain accurate payroll records and employee data within the Remote platform and payroll software systems.
- Manage the Zendesk ticket queue, providing timely and professional responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (GP) and internal/external stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and stay updated on internal payroll projects and updates.
- Ensure full data integrity across all payroll systems and processes.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with a passion for identifying improvement opportunities.
- A proactive attitude, always looking for ways to streamline and optimize workflows.
- 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
- Experience with in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management is a strong plus.
- Customer-facing experience, including solving problems and guiding clients and prospects through local payroll processes and questions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Annual Salary Range: $35,250—$79,300 USD
