About the Role
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to the success of leading SaaS, software, and hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers via chat, calls, and emails.
- Escalate and resolve customer tickets efficiently.
- Clearly and accurately answer policy and billing questions.
- Act as the primary contact during service outages, ensuring timely communication.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and adhere to internal procedures.
- Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
- Experience using Zendesk.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
