About the Role
Pogo is seeking its first Engagement Manager to spearhead client relationships from initial deal signing through to long-term partnership. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, managing research engagements from start to finish. You will leverage Pogo's AI-powered platform to deliver actionable insights that drive significant business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Client Lifecycle Management: Own the complete post-sale client journey, including onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion, ensuring clients achieve rapid time-to-value and increase their research frequency with Pogo.
- End-to-End Research Execution: Lead research engagements by scoping studies with clients, configuring them within the platform, reviewing AI-generated insights, and presenting findings to client executives.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for clients' strategic questions, designing research approaches to uncover critical insights.
- Account Growth: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on renewals and expansion opportunities, identifying avenues to deepen client relationships and drive revenue.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of the customer, relaying client feedback directly to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Process Development: Create playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to support the scaling of our client service model.
About You
- You likely possess 2-4 years of experience in a leading management consulting firm or a comparable client-facing role requiring rigorous analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with primary consumer research (qualitative or quantitative) is a plus.
